Trout Lake Land Company (TLLC), a non-profit corporation formed in 1981, holds in common approximately 450 acres and has 100 stock certificates which entitles each owner to build or own a residence on the corresponding site location. Trout Lake Owners Association, incorporated in 1994, manages the affairs of the land company and all owners of TLLC stock are members of the Association. The beautiful Trout Lake land surrounds the actual Trout Lake and the land of a sister land company, Lizard Head Land Company, which has approximately 22 acres held in common and 19 stock certificates. The Lake, Lizard Head, and Trout Lake lands are surrounded by the US Forest Service.
