We are pleased to announce that for the first time, the Trout Lake Owners Association now supports online payments via bank-to-bank Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers. This method allows for a straightforward payment process, which can be completed in a few easy steps.
This portal can be used for paying Annual Dues, DRC Application Fees, Stock Transfer Fees, and DRC Site Impact Deposits–please pick the correct payment choice in the drop down list.
For 2024 the Annual TLOA Dues is $962. Please be sure to pay for each site separately.

You will be taken to a page that looks like the following
Click the “PAY NOW” button to proceed to the following page that will look like the following to complete your site, personal, and banking information.
For paying 2024 Annual Dues, be sure to select “2024 Trout Lake Dues” and enter the amount of $962.
On the next screen you will get confirmation information that looks like this
Once you click “Agree and Submit” you should see a success confirmation.
It is a good idea to save this receipt for your records. You will not be emailed a receipt.
